Ingredients
- 4 Breast Chicken boneless, skinless
- 2 tbs Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 3 cup Spinach fresh
- ½ cup Tomatoes Sun-dried
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste

Stir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.Add spinach and tomatoes: Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Let spinach wilt, then return chicken to the pan.
