Ingredients

- 1½ tsp loose black tea or 1 tea bag
- 1 –2 tsp sugar to taste
- 1 small piece of crushed cardamom optional

- Add milk and bring to a strong boil. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until it turns rich and brownish-golden.
- Add sugar and stir well.
