Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tamarind pulp
  • 4 –5 dried plums aloobukhaara, soaked
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • Black salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend soaked aloobukhaara and tamarind pulp with water and sugar. Strain and serve with ice.
